These services involve the preparation of legal documentation, which is required by law for the settlement of a property. Land titles must be checked for encumbrances; and stamp duties and other related fees, such as rates and taxes attended to. We ensure that special conditions placed on the contract at the time of signing are actioned prior to settlement.
Settlement can also be attended to on behalf of interstate or overseas clients; we act on the client's behalf and attend to the exchange of documents and monies.

Ownership of a property can occur without a sale. It may be that the property has been bequeathed in a will, or given as a gift from one person to another. When this occurs the property title must be transferred to ensure that ownership is legally binding.
