These services involve the preparation of legal documentation,
which is required by law for the settlement of a property.
Land titles must be checked for encumbrances; and stamp duties
and other related fees, such as rates and taxes attended to.

the time of signing are actioned prior to settlement.
Settlement can also be attended to on behalf of interstate
or overseas clients; we act on the client's behalf and attend
to the exchange of documents and monies.
